The Lewis Lynch Chapter returns to active status this year. Their chapter is meets at Scott Air Force Base. They are starting this year with a service project to distribute suits to veterans on January 11th. They are also working to provide breakfast at the Ronald McDonald House on 26 January. Those are just two of the reasons that the bi-state area should be happy for their reactivation. Each chapter is allowed and encouraged to nominate 5 candidates for the national TAI scholarships. The Hugh J. White Chapter has sent out nominations already, however, this means that 10 not 5 students from the bi-state region will be forwarded. Scholarship applications are still available through high school counselors or through this web page.
If you want more information on the Lewis Lynch Chapter you can look for them on facebook or request information through the contact us portion of this website. Their chapter president James Chisolm Jr is looking forward to hearing from you.
