Yolandea Wood ended Black History Month with a speech at Sister Thea Bowman School in East St. Louis. Due to a fire drill, Yolandea actually gave a pre speech on the effect of head, tail, and cross winds with an interactive activity. Later in her regularly scheduled spot she provided an audience participation history of the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen. She challenged those in attendance to continue the legacy and make dreams come true with a “WATCH ME” sense of purpose.
