The chapter is already working on the 2024 ACE Camp. The camp will be hosted in St. Louis. Thirty students, 13 to 18, will be able to attend. Our hope is to expand the program to Monday – Saturday, the last week of June 2024. It is a full day program with lunch and snacks provided. There will be two days of academics. Field trips will include a trip to Boeing and Southwest Airlines at Lambert Field one day. A trip to Granite and SWIC campus to experience their aviation related programs including their advanced simulators on one day and a half day at Scott AFB. The program hosts a graduation luncheon on Friday and ends with aircraft flights on Saturday.
Last year students flew simulators, drones and airplanes. They met numerous individuals in the aeronautic field.
